Would like to know if anyone is going to Barranquilla in the next month.... I am looking for some information on best agencies to use, or alternate methods of meeting ladies...  Any information is welcome,
Anyone travelled to Barranquilla during the Carnival de Barranquilla - is this a good time to meet women also?

The only problem with this time would be booking a room if you do not do so in advance.

Yep, I would agree to that.  But I would like to see the Carnival, don't know how many ladies would be available for dates, etc, though...

Trying to meet women on the spur of the moment leaves you a lot of downtime and for a short visit why waste any of your time. Good preparation precedes success. Any guy looking to find his wife that is not spending every moment either meeting women or dating women is shortchanging himself and are often the ones making many trips to Colombia looking instead of one trip finding. One thing to consider is that many of the locals leave BAQ during this week and go to Santa Marta and Cartagena. Those that stay may or may not be involved with the day and night time celebration. This will be my first year experiencing the event.

I plan on going in the beginning of April to visit one woman I have met.

I just wanted to explore the possibilities of meeting ladies, ie. corresponding before going also - well, I've been thinking that this approach would be better for me.  I would rather have some lady(ies) to correspond with, get to know them before going down, then have a back up plan if that falls thru'... Suggestions/opinions are welcome.  Ricardo

Well Ricardo I joinded Amigos.com for several months since my marriage
went down in flames and she left the house. I was writing several young
ladies from all over. I was ready to give up when One Colombian woman
started to write me from Barranquilla. I have been writing using e-mails
and MSN. You might want to try it it for a month or two. It saved on
some cash instead of spending it on a agency. I plan on visiting her in
late winter to meet her family and see what is up...

I'm headed there next month.  I might vistit an agency {Latin Women} or not.  I'm playing it by ear because I'm already talking to a nice young lady from International Introductions.

I was looking for some suggestions regarding going to Barranquilla, how to make the rounds at the agencies, the possibility of meeting ladies outside of the agency scene, etc.  Ricardo
