Got off the phone with my future ex- wife last night. She has
been talking to her friends now she wants all she can get from
me. She told me I do not want anything from you but I want
what I deserve. God she even wants my Cat. Now I have a
question for anyone now she owns a house in another house
how would I contact the country involed to prove she owns the
house?

She owns a house in Peru, I want to find out if there is a way to prove she
owns the house down there. I do not want the house I could care less but
I want to try keeping her demands to a minual. She has alot of people
whispering in her ear right now telling her she can get this or that so any
help would be great.

I don't think the right people are reading your question -- they seem to be occupied with pork rinds and alleged robberies.  Seems like the attorneys and Latin American property owners on this board might have some useful ideas.  You could contact an attorney in Lima with a legal description of the property, and see if he could go to their equivalent of a courthouse and search the records.  If he were able to send you some instrument evidencing her ownership of the house, I guess it's something you could wave in her face and threaten to introduce in divorce proceedings here.

Fuzzyone, you might want to post again, rephrasing the last sentence.  I don't think anyone understood the question.
