Agencies in January?

I'm considering using an agency in January in either Bucaramanga or Cali. I know that this is a time in which Colombianos take vacations. For those of you who've used agencies in January and other times of the year, have you noticed a significant difference in terms of the availability of women and the ability to schedule dates with the women you want? If January is not a good time, I would prefer to postpone my trip to Colombia for a few months. What do you think? Thanks in advance for your advice.
