I got so pissed when my wife (ha) started going thru what she called culture shock. She instantly "did not like" ANYTHING. The state, city, my house, my $2,500.oo bedroom set (get real), the Mexicans (who make up 3o% of the city of denver), the food.....should I continue?
She went to stay with her siblings in Virgina. When she left I deemed her unfit for me, no second chances! When she refused to sign the divorce papers, I had the relationship ANNULLED. THANK GOD. She was shocked when the female Sheriff knocked on her door in Virgina serving her court papers. She was probably more surprised when I sent her a copy of the court ordered ANNULLMENT. She and her brother called in desperation wanting to know what it meant. I told her "you commited a crime FRAUD, you are no longer allowed in the USA, you are a crimanal, you must leave the country." I also wrote the INS asking them to deport her giving them all the info. Of course they didnt do anything or even respond to my letter. But hey, I tried.
A month before she was to go back to Cali, she asked to come back claiming "you are my husband." I did not even think twice. She did go back, but claims she never got the divorce papers (she had Deyanari put together).. I thinks she does not want me to re-marry in Colombia, so, she is not filing yet. She knows I have a new novia and I sent her a picture of this young beauty in her bathing suit/ w/ thong woops!!!
I can get a 129f regardless of Colombian law as it is completely done on US terms. Anyway, she is back in school in Colombia.
She claims I brought damage to her life. HA, I the one who spent at least 10 grand on her, who cost who?
