I'm not so sure about that Fuzzyguy.  I'm no expert in matters of the subconscious, but you might want to bring some new issues to the table with your therapist.

Hey Pete

   Give yourself a break.  There are a million guys out there that will want to jump her bones, but not too many who will support her and her child. In that regard there is very little difference between the US and Colombia. I have seen very few divorced women with children who came out on top, except in some cases financially.
     The social structure will be your revenge. If she has no money, she will only attract suitors who are in the same financial situation. Don't lower yourself and remember   "revenge is a dish best served cold". Check on her in a year and see what her life is like. She is about to run into a brick wall called reality. jimc

PS I will be in Cartagena for a month starting on the 15th to try to close on the Condo. I will be in Cali afterwards to pack up my apartment and ship my furniture to Cartagena. Keep checking the net and we will try to get together.

I was just feeling badly when I did that post,just hung up the phone from listening in.I shouldn't even check on her,it just hurts.If I would have waited I wouldn't have posted it.
Yes I would like to hook up with you in Cali.I'll get you my imformation where I will be .Initially it will be the travelers suites but I hope to find a condo and get a bigger place for less money quickly.

I'll be in Cali for the Feria and after.  If you stay at the TS,
we may run into each other because I also stay in
Juanambu. I will buy you the first beer and we can
share some calena-stories. I had a situation somewhat
similar to yours, but dealt with it swiftly. Did not hurt any

Hopefully we can share some good calena stories.And I can laugh about the situation I was in.I alternate between laughing about it and hurting about it,but much more the former now,last night being an exception of late.
I'm looking forward to meeting you.There are now about 6 guys from this list who will be in Cali about then,only one of whom I have met before.

 I know how you feel, I had the same feeling everytime I found a e-mail
my girl sent after promises to stop doing it. I got strong I kicked her *ss
out of the house. I refused to put up with it any longer. I also wanted to
start my life over again could not do it while she lived here!!!! Keep your
chin up and remember your goals!!!!

Pete,  you need a radical move to get out of this. I am
not promoting revenge or mean stuff, but your wife
should have some level of  consideration and
discretion. She has to realize that she can not step on
you without remorse. Actions, not words Pete.
