I have used Barbara Garcia at 1-800-433-2433 a number of times.
I got a ticket San Francisco to Cali and return to Miami only(it was cheaper than a one way)for $580 total. She said it would have been only about $100 more for a full return to SF fare.
I did check with the lady who ticketed me in to Panama 2 months ago,but it would have been about $850.She didn't seem to know about the American Airlines cheap fares.
Barbara really knows the ins and outs of Latin America travel. She knows so much more than other agents I have used. For an agency in Cali she recommends Tierra Mar Aire.
I would highly recommend Barbara.

Is this a true confession?
I thought you were going to wait until you were in Cali before you started 'plugging' anyone. ;=)

Good one,
I like a little humor.Without it I would be in real trouble. If you look at Jim C's post down below under my  "got to get out of this f---king place" post  he says that if he see's any more whiney posts after I hit Cali he is going to hunt me down and drag me off to Fresca Flores.
