Hey, a guy's got to have his priorities! ;-) I'm just glad it went so well for you. It's ironic how you spoke about finding a jewel because that's exactly how I feel about M. She is like a diamond on a compost heap, to put it mildly. I have never been so loved. And yet, Lima is full of women like ours. But I haven't rushed things. We met 6/02 and were engaged last August. I expect her here in June of next year. I trust her completely and know her well enough now to have a reasonable idea of what are our strengths and weaknesses. I hope you take your time with her too, Jimmy.

Any idea when you'll go back?

  How much does the Hotel Paracas cost per night?   I'm considering
going there since I've never been outside of Lima.

I think an ocean view room was about $95 a night

the suite was about $165 I think

The room 106 was a suite that had a jacuzzi tub in it and it had the best view and location.

Congrats on a great trip!  It is a killer to come back home isn't it?  I'm sure she wants you to come back soon, make sure you do!  I've been emailing a girl from Lima off of amigos.com.  She described Lima as "es una cuidad bonita",
seems most gringos have a different opinion.  But then, I love my city too.  I've also been emailing a couple women from Bogota, so we'll see what shakes loose, I want to head south in February.
