Beenthere's right; next time, try Google:  "City Country Code (name of city) (name of country)"

I believe Barranquilla is the forth largest city in Colombia so my guess is 011-574-plus the local number.

I think Calipro is right, but just in case, search the archives for 'phone number' or 'city phone codes' or something similar, we posted a list of all the cities in Colombia about a year ago. If you can't find that, I know you can find it with some web searching, because that's how we found it in the first place. You need to dial 011-57x-yyy-yyy where x is whatever Baranquilla is and y's are her number. Just la-de-da dialing it from your home phone is frightfully expensive, if you can, try to pick up a calling card from a convience store or grocery in the Latin quarter of your city (if you live in such a city) or at least use one of the 10's    10-16-868 or 10-10-321. Then you would dial 10-16-868-011-57x-yyy-yyy.

Good luck.

As i just posted below, the city code for barranquilla es 5.......110% certain...........dial 011-575 & the number.
City codes are region generated.  The size of the city has nothing to do with it.

Your word's good enough for me, I've never called there and was just trying to go from memory from back when we compiled the list. Only ones I know from memory for sure are Bogota=1, Cali=2, Bucaramanga=7 and (I think) cell phones=3.

I hate to be the one to correct Calipro, but the city code for Barranquilla is 5, so you need to dial 011-575 and then the number.

You are absolutely right about the city code. 011-575-xxx-xxxx.
