Scroll down to the plastic surgeons and click on a doctor's name. Then click on "services" and most of them have before and after photos. I have no idea if these are representative of the industry and there's only a few doctors in Barranquilla and Medellin listed; regardless, I now know why some people term a certain part of the anatomy "fireplugs." Caution: some of the pictures are pretty normal, others will make you lose your appetite.  ;-)
