I for another would like you to stick around also.I thought Batman was interesting and I admire his entrepenual spirit,but he did step over Patricks line.Nude photos and  advertising can get you banned quickly,as can discussions of prostitution and trying to harm someones relationship.
As far as bad behavior,Patrick tolerates alot before he bans someone.

I thought this group was for helping each other out. Batman was offering his house as if he were our budy and was looking for freinds. When I inquiered with him that I was intrested in renting out his entire house for a month he tried to charge me $125/night.

I was outraged.

I have stayed at Batmas house under the previous ownership , and if he was charging 125 dollas per night for the whole condo(it is a condo) , then that would be a steal

One of my friends rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in the brick high rise next to Chipi Chapi for $75 a night,for a week.Very nice newer place,great location,just walk next door to Chipi Chapi.And thats high when you consider it would only bring about $600 a month on the long term market.

Howdy Pete, I didn't go into the exact apartment your friend rented.  But I checked out a few of the smaller units for rent in several of the highrises next to chipi. I think they're all more or less the same. They were 3 bedrooms but only about 1200 sq feet total but with privilege to the community pool. They were modern and nice but the rooms were a bit small for my liking.  Anyway they were renting two years ago for about 650,000 pesos a month unfurnished.  They were selling for a little more than 70,000,000 pesos but I believe the price has risen since then.  Anyway, $600 a month in the unfurnished condo market should get you a very very nice penthouse.  You'll most likely have to sign a 6 month to 1 year lease though...but then again everything is negotiable in Cali.

Let's be honest. the ENTIRE house for a month? $125 is a GREAT deal for a house like that.

You said you tried to rent out the entire house for a month. Even at 125 that doesn't seem bad. It was obvious he was promoting a biz here. Latinlove was 100 per night so 125 doesn't sound bad. Just because I wouldn't stay there, doesn't mean I would say he was ripping people off.

That actually sounds pretty fair if that includes meals, maid, & airport pickup.  I did notice however the Batman updated his website:

I'm sure I don't need to spell it out, but it appears the Batman was successful in recruiting some guests here with the illusion of potentail marriage material available - word of caution:  where there's one escort you will not have any respectable women - period.  It's one thing to organize a pool party but quite another to offer assistance with arranging for paid escorts.  It does sound like a heck of a party for a single guy however!

One can put a saddle on a duck all day long - that still doesn't make it a horse.

I doubt he was successful with anyone on this board.  Beyond the hype, he's not really offering much but a room at $125 a night.

Which is kind of what he was hinting.Thats an outrageous amount of money in Cali for a room without even a private bath.He has 4 bedrooms,2 baths he said.

Identical photos of the some of the rooms, pool and condo can be found there to that which is currently posted of the Batmansion.  So I wonder did the former owner sell it outright, just lease if to the Batman, or are one or both of these operations just a scam?

I hope it's not the latter, I can't stand thieves.

This highly suggests that Batman is up to no good.  Holy Hijinks!
