Nice pix! Enjoyable captions, too. I can't wait to get back to Cali...

Your Caleña reminds me a little of your visitor to Dallas, Lina/Nahomi. Any relation? And what became of Lina, BTW?

Glad you enjoyed 'em - I had a blast taking them.  I've got a CD's worth more when I ever get time to organize 'em.  Lina is still single & a solid find for  the lucky compatible guy, and there's a good reason the Caleña in the photos reminded you of her - hint, hint (her connections resulted in the invite to the finca BTW)!

So is she still in Dallas, or back in Cali? (It may be a moot point, as she didn't respond to emails I sent prior to my trip to Dallas last month.) I'd love to meet her, hint, hint...

You may try shooting her another email, if I recall she was visiting family in the northeast last month - I believe she'll be back in Dallas visiting again shortly.  I was really impressed how she handled the altitude and cold up at Ruiz - most Caleñas would have been spokenly uncomfortable!
