Hearts of Cali (HOC) looks like a pretty good setup - basically you get free agency use when you stay at the Valle Real for pretty much the rack rate of the rooms there, no minimum stay? - sounds like it'd be silly not to check it out.   {Note you have to dig though the fine print to find that posted on their website - http://www.heartsofcali.com/tours/room.reserve.htm}.

Latin Introductions on the other hand appears to be a reseller of HOC from their info posted at their website - IOW proceed with caution and carry some extra cash.
