Here's a guess: After scanning the Fire and Passion site it looks to me like an online introduction service. There are ads from the U.S., Colombia and probably a bunch of other countries (I didn't look).
So maybe Brian's not being hypocritical re: his agency comments if he runs an online personal ad/introduction service? That said, I still don't think it's wise or adds much value to pontificate about the "losers" who visit agencies. They work for some people, just like Amigos.com or Match.com or findahotbaberightnow.com work for some people.
