Hoda mailed me giving his support.He is an incredible guy.
For those of you that don't know him,he went to Cali in Sept.99 and
did what I thought were the most interesting and intertaining posts I have ever read.He was only there 3 days on his first trip but packed more in to it than most guys would in 2 weeks,including meeting his wife to be.But amazingly to me this guy that seemed to be such a mover shifted gears and really took his time getting to know his wife.
We talked about it.I just didn't have the patience and have paid the price.
He courted his wife for 2 years I think and I think they have been married 2 years.It was either summer 2001 0r 2002.
From being a big time poster he has for his own reasons not done that recently.I don't think he even reads the board,someone else mailed him to tell him about me.
I had been a little worried since we hadn't heard from him that things had gone wrong,but didn't think so.It sounded so good with them,but others have had it go wrong after a seeming great start.
He said he couldn't be happier with his marriage or his wife.So take heart guys,there are HUGE success stories,as well as the stories that didn't work.
For the age conscious,I think Hoda is 40-45 now,his wife 25-30 now.15 -20 years or so difference.Not a problem with the right situation.
