Jim and Sally,

Happy Anniversary to you from Marife and I. We are very happy that you found each other. True love is the most wonderful gift in the world. God has made you one. We are honored to know you and call you friends.

Dave,

The honor is ours.  Meeting your Marife and knowing you have been unexpected bonuses received along the path of our journey.

When I began this strange and wonderful MOB process I don't think I really expected to find the love of my life.  But now and every day, I'm amazed at my good fortune - simply amazed.  No matter how I try I can't figure it out.  So I live each day in blissful ignorance without asking the question as to why this serenity has decended upon my life.  I just put the focus on her needs, paying little attention to mine, and magically all my needs are fufilled.

Of course, the road hasn't been free of bumps.  We've had our growing pains.  But that's a story for another day.

Yes Jeff - in the end, men are still men, women are still women, marriage is still marriage.  All we can do is learn from our mistakes, commit to success, and go forward with faith and hope.  We will share some of our stumbling points from time to time (as Sally allows) in order to help others as we might be able.
