All,

When one's passport is filled with stamps, is it neccesary to get a new one?

You'll need to send your passport off and have some additonal pages put in.  There is a small fee, and you can pay an extra fee to have it expedited if needed.  Just do a search on U.S. passports and you can find the government website, and you can just download the form.  It gives you all of the info.  Just don't pay a passport agency to do it.  You can do it yourself and deal directly with the gov't.

You need to send it off to have more pages added. I needed to do this last year in august. I needed a very quick turn around. I was able to get the pages added and a visa for Brazil in under a week, but paid for rush service with a brazilian visa service.
