44 hours and 46 minutes. Pretty much everything is done. Its just a matter of waiting and wondering. Tomorrow is my last day at work so it should go by pretty quickly. Having dinner with the daughter tomorrow night. Which reminds me of a conversation we had the other night. I was describing the procedure of selection and interviews and she asked me if I didn't think that the whole thing wasn't a little wierd.(Daughter is the classic AW b*tch. But I love her. I don't have to live with her.) I asked her how many episodes of Bachelor she had missed lately. She just looked at me with a frown. So I asked her what the difference was between what I was doing and what 83 different reality shows were doing. Conversation over.
I have made a few changes to my plans in Cali. I'm only staying at LE for five nights. I'll be at the Intercontinental for the last week. A board member with experience at LE highly recommended it. Not a lot of privacy at LE. I passed on Suites Travelers this time because of the conveniences in the hotel but I think I will probably stay there over the holidays. They do come very highly recommended.
My experience with LE so far has been a positive one overall. My biggest complaint has been in getting responses. I get them. It just takes persistence. But I've just chalked it up to cultural ambiguities and my inexperience. I have decided to be open to recommendations from the staff until I feel my interests aren't being served and that hopefully won't happen. But if kissing a few frogs will get me to the princess bring'em on. I've slipped the tongue to a few pigs. Shouldn't be a problem.

They are the ones kissing the frogs!Kiss the right one he turns in to a sugar daddy.
There are lots of good girls too.I would advise looking past
the most glamerous ones and finding an unspoiled good girl.
Sorry if I missed it.Is this your first trip? You will love it.

This is my first trip to Colombia. I agree with you about looking for the unspoiled gem. I don't need a model just one good woman.

One question: Why are you staying at LE for 5 nights? Are they including their agency services in the price of the room? Otherwise I would recommend that you stay at ACG for the five nights because they will usually include their agency services in the price of the room and then you can just pay the membership fee at LE and have the two agencies working for you at the same time.

You said something about staying at Traveler's suites over the holidays. I'll be in Cali Dec. 18th - 27th. I will stay at the Intercontinental while TLC is having their parties and then I'll move to traveler's suites. Maybe I'll see you around.

I agree mudd.  bhuddha, that WAS funny.  I laughed when I read about you slipping the tongue to a few pigs.  That sort of graphic though spoiled my appetite tonight.

You came up with a great comeback with your daughter with the Bachelor type shows.  The great thing about it is that you will have the opportunity to actually live it soon.

Hope you have a great trip and that you do find a gem of a honey.  Take your time, no pressure, and take it all in.  We are looking forward to your future trip report.

Kudos to you for getting on that plane!
