I did a post last week asking for the names of restaurants in Cali, Bogota, and Barranquilla that have great food AND great service. I got plenty of advice about Cali and Bogota (thank you all), but nobody commented about the Barranquilla restaurants.

I know that the "Nena Lela", "Rodizio", and the restaurant on the top of the Plaza Hotel all have great food. But in my experience, the service is slow at all three places.
