The "unlimited" service is by the provider like Telasat for example but you still pay the phone company for the minutes on the dial-up.

I pay COP$35K per month for my unlimited family plan from Telesat, and yes I have to pay emcali by the minute also for phone surcharge. -TNC

I agree, the crucial issue is whether she is trying to avoid him or not.

In the year and a half I have been communicating with my novia in Bogota there have been many problems with the phones.

Now, I just trust her if I cannot get her by phone, and wait for her return call.
