far and away is Curitiba. It is located in the southern part of Brasil and it was basically founded by german, ukrainian, polish and italian immigrants. When you visit there you will swear you are in Europe. The city is very clean and the buildings will make you think you are somewhere in Bavarian or weatern poland.
Many of the women there have natural blonde hair and olive skin. Very beautiful. The best bet to stay there is the Sheraton located right in the city center and costing you about $55 a night including taxes and breakfast. If you want an apartment let me know and I will give you the websites for nice places to stay.
If your love of latinas is the dark skin and jet black hair then this is not the place for you.
No place is perfect and the downside to Curitiba is that you have many businessmen from Sao Paulo coming into Curitiba for a weekend of fun and paying women for a good time. There is a lot of prostitution in the city which comes with territory when you have so many good looking women.
But the women are awesome and they love Americans.
I usually fly down there in November or Decemeber ( their seasons are reversed from ours) and it is an easy flight from here in Miami. One change in Sao Paulo and stright into Curitiba.
Great german beer, polish/ukrainian/german food ( galubkis. pirogis, kielbasa etc)
Worth a try if you want something different in Latin America

dood... You are a kinder man than I to reveal secrets like that. Southern Brazil is another world. And the women are to die for.

Though I don't imagine it is a good place to go for people seeking wives. The people in this part of the world wouldn't rather be anywhere else than eactly where they are. They've got it very good, and they know it. Even if you ever did manage to bring one of these women up to live with you in the first world death machine, they would become home-sick so fast you would barely get them moved in.
