I did have a short 'fling' with a Brazilian in London many years ago - but she was dozy. Hardly up to getting mad at all. Latinas do have this reputation and in my experience it is sometimes justified but a lot of behaviour like that is down to immaturity or lack of control. I really believe that there are plenty of laid back Latinas as well.

Now.... of course this doesn't mean EVERY latin, or Brasilian, however since we have been here (living in Sao Paulo, Brasil) ... this has happens about 3-4 (or more) times a week in our condominio with locals.... that we see.  I was at several parties talking to the men & woman, and they all commented and even joked about it and agreed that they were very quick to anger/jealous, and quick to forget and move on!!!!  They all admited that it was true...

It can be difficult to get used to for some... however, it sure beats the "holding a grudge" for days/weeks, and having to go throught the "big discussion" and apology routine (sometimes when your not sure why) to make things better. haha I found and saw this too many times back in the "States" I saw this in Washington D.C., Chicago, Cali, Utah, Idaho, and Oregon where I have lived in my life before.  Just an interesting observation for me...

If you can build that agency of yours with 100% "laid back" latinas, please don't let me know (just the thought of a laid back latina could give me divorcal ideas)

I know my girlfriend flipped out after we came out of pizza restaurant. We tried to leave but the car wouldn't start. I started to work on it then she got angry saying your not a mechanic don't touch the car, her words were not this nice.

Damn alcool I hate alcool cars. This car if it sits about 1 hour would not want to start for 3 or 4 hours until it cooled and it was flooded. It seems alcool cars if you do a lot of stop and go driving don't burn all of the fuel. So when you stop it has fumes trapped in the cylinders and the plugs get wet. Maybe this car was not tuned properly and I told my girlfriend to get it fixed but they would not listen, I even told her I would do it. We had the same problem another time in the city and we had to leave the car overnight but it was funny because we were walking to catch the bus and as we passed another car they had the same problem, it was starting and sputtering then poof a puff of smoke so maybe not alcool cars do this but from experience I'll take a regular bicycle and use my own power instead of an alcool. They also like to stall for no apparant reason and you actually need gasoline to start them in the morning apparantly alcool is not as flammable as gasoline so it may be why it doesn't burn as well or as efficient. I would ask other locals about the alcools maybe I just had a bad car and they are not so bad.

Well... that doesn't sound very encouraging and favorable for the alhool cars.  Maybe it is only the Caiparina (alcool) that is good here... hahaha
