Dear Jim,

1) I am not "Hanzie"....ok??
2)You didn't read my post. In the sventies and early eigthies this was the problem with german shepards...the interbreeding!!
The mixture of family...how would you say that?? incest??
Because everybody wanted a shepard.....the succes of that race also was (nearly!!) it's doom!!

With race-mongrels I meant that thier were shepards of less quality that were multiplied with good Shepards.
In doing this you will bring down the quality of the better one.

The breaders of the dogs did this to make faster money....they would let the b*tch have 2 or even 3 nests of puppies a year!!!! A disgrace!

Normaly I would say ONCE a year is enough...the female dog has to become strong again.
Too much puppies is not good for a dog. They wear off soon...and they die sooner.
Besides that puppies that get faster away from the mamma dog are smaller, less developed......so inferior!
It does not need a rocketscientist to figure that out.

It is just plain genetics my friend.

Both sciences we Germans were very good at!!;-)
I believe the Americans AND the Russians used German Rocketscientists??? yes??
Did you know that the genetic university of ULM is one of the best in the world?Huh?
They also have the highest ChurchTower in the world....but that is another story.

Hans-Erich.

...well, you know what.  Maybe it wasn't your intent but it's kind of creepy all the same.
