Dear guys,

I sure would love to "check-out"cali!
It's a pity they do not have a beach (yes I know...i am spoild after living in Fortaleza for more then 2 years). I can imagine Cali can be very hot and humid...just like the inlands of Brasil??? And  that is not a pleasant thought for me:-(

But they sure have pretty ladies. But offcourse the OUTSIDE is NOT  the only thing that matters!!

I still say and have the opinion that they are the prettiest in ALL SA.....
It is not true that colombia has won so many times a Miss contest?Huh(with Venezuela second best?)

Well now....how many times did Peru win or Bolivia???;-)None...my friends..0..nada.

It is all a matter of race. (I am sorry if i use this word...but I din't know of another word;it is not my intention to hurt anybody)Many Peruvians have many indian influences and that shows in their facial/body markings.
Sure Peru also has pretty latina girls...however most of them are very conceited and not open. In Peru class still plays a big role.
Yes there are pretty limenas.....and i even met a few! But I'd rather walk an hour through Cali (viewing more and more websites now) then 3 days through Lima!!
Besides that Lima is a HORROR city of smog...it hurts your eyes and shrinks your lungs as soon you'll get out of the plane:-( I'll never forget that eveil smel...
Sorry Georgina...no offense! Lima is a pretty city, but just that horrible smell.

I am attracted to the more "canela" (or "morena") styled girls. The mixed-types.....so to speak. I think they are gorgeous.
Purely white or black has not my intrest.

Are the calenas also intrested in European men???
With some many Amerikan men arround I sure think they only want to go to Amerika?
I mean I know most Amerikans make a larger income then we do.....adn Amerika is such a great country.
What changhe do I stand,being a German?
Sure we have The North-sea...OO and we have the "Oktober-Fest in Muenchen"...O yeah..right.
OO and "Sauerkraut mit Eisbein in the winter...yummy for Calenas...NOT!!
Besides that HERE they have to learn German....
And in winter it is cold with snow....and in automn it rains like hell. Come to think of it...mostly in spring it also rains like hell!!

The good thing is that I can talk to women at the street or in malls. BUT the bad thing is that I will NOT know what I get??;-)

Best wishes from Dortmund-Deutschland
(my City has a large Beer museum!!!!)

No offense. I wouldn't go myself to some parts of Lima. Lima has good barrios and others are not that so good. Should be the same with Germany. My husband has been in Germany three times for work. Some lovely little places in Germany, but others were pretty dirty and scary.

Besides of all the good things the United States has to offer. Its men have a reputation of making good and faithful husbands.

Whats more? It is easier for someone from South America to  travel back from the USA to LA to visit family than it is from Euro.

How easy will it be for her family to get a visa to visit her?

How often will she be able to visit her family?

Those are things some women will consider.

But if you have the resources, she can travel back to visit her family in LA often.

Perhaps if it is possible for you, you could live in Cali with your novia, instead of taking her to Germany. Or you could work on getting a network of latin American friends for her to have when you take her back with you to Germany.

Hola Georgina,

Como estas??

Aqui mi respeustas para ti..ok?

I think Germans also will make good husbands and very faithfull. If i will have a steady woman I never cheat her.

""How easy will it be for her family to get a visa to visit her?""

With all respect I think a peruvian gets a turist visa EASIER for Germany then for USA!!
OOO no problem i will pay all tickets for the whole family!! (2 padres...5 hermanos y abuela tambien...)
NOT!!!

"" How often will she be able to visit her family?"

Simple....if I have to pay all and she doesn't work ONCE a year.
If she works also maybe Twice a year.
I am sorry but I am not Bill gates!
Besides that our free (paid) holidays are limited.
I won't tolerate that my woman is ALONE to SA...for weeks and I am working my little Heini off.....to pay for her tickets!!;-)
I know what woman CAN do when alone in SA......jajajajaja;-)

"But if you have the resources, she can travel back to visit her family in LA often.
"
Sure.....no problem. I will buy her 5 tickets a year of 900 Euros each!!;-)She can stay as long as she wants.

So querida georgina....WHAT will the latina invest in this relationship??
Her lovely eyes??Her nice "curves"...Huh

Beso!!

how intelligent you are to choose a good partner.

Let's assume you are a good hearted man and she loves you to death and she marries you and goes back with you to your country.

She will have to deal with:

Cultural shock
Loneliness
Depression
Racism

If she overcomes all those and still living with you and loving you, you will then will be able to tell me how much she invested in the relationship.

Well in Texas anyway I'd strike the racism as a concern and replace it with jealousy/envy.  But ditto on the latina network - very important.

Well Georgina....do you think In Peru or America there is NO racism???
What about many afro-ameriman in Amerika that are being discriminated??? Latinos??? Chinese???;-)
Racists??? In germany?Huh Here are NO racists...none whatsoever.
Neo-Nazis maybe,......but racists??? no. Never!
Our laws will punish them severly!! They will be injailed.

I saw how the latinos in Peru treated the indios....!! And that was not very good:-(
You as a peruvian should know this!!

Come on...how do you know if she is being LONELY here??
Yes ...true..all start is difficult. But that start would be the same in Amerika...as in germany...or in Australia...

Depression?Huh From were do you take that???
I am a very nice guy and a agood sens of humor.
I'd rather think you are the one with the depression here querida!!;-)
I have no depression....and neither will the girl have that I will love.

You just make statements that you can never verify my dear!!

Cultural shock you mentioned???

Yes..that is true....oo soo true.

But wouldn't she also get a "shock"in USA?Huh

Or in Norway??? Or in LALA-land???

SO you think that buying her 5 times a year a ticket back home...should forget all the above mentioned things???

HAHA.....

Si usted quiere al tango conmigo ... usted debe poner sus zapatos!!
(old argentinian saying)

;-)

Hans-Erich.

PS: I know latinos are "shocked"very quickly...but they get over it also very fast!!

I live in the United States, so when I said cultural shock, depression, racism and lonliness, I was talking what I have experienced in the country where I reside(the United States not Germany).

Of course, there is a lot of racism in Peru and all South America. That is not news for me.

The kind of racism I have experienced here has been due mostly to having an accent.

There is not country free of racism.

The difference here is that in the United States you have laws that counteract racism and that are actually enforced, which doesn't happen in South America.

Lo siento, pero no bailo tango.

Discrimination because of having an accent.

Do you consider yourself to be a victim?

I say Yes.

Mostly because I have an accent.

I know my English is far from perfect, but is not that bad.

I have had people hanging the phone on me.

I have had people treating me differently after I opened my mounth.

Some times makes me wonder if people are associating having an accent with being stupid.

And you know, of course they always ask me if I know how to make tortillas.

At least on this part of the States, if you speak Spanish you are Mexican.

I will notify Kofi Anan.  But wait a minute!  Could it be the content of what you say rather than the way you say it?  For example, your laughable attempts to portray yourself as a victim have been accomplished without an accent.

Hello Hans-Erich,

Let me first say that I have never been to Germany.  However, to say that there are no racists in Germany doesn't seem realistic.  I remember in the last 10 years the number of Germans who were screaming about the Turks.  Groups of Germans blaming Turks for taking all the jobs, jobs most Germans didn't want....

I don't want to argue with you, just part of your post didn't seem right..  Best wishes in your search.

Take care,

Mark
