As far as filing another k1 after she leaves, it can be a pain in the butt. I did it with my fiancée last year. She was here for three weeks when her mother fell down some stairs at her home and went into the hospital. Since we were not married yet, we decided that she needed to go home and take care of her mother, long story, and this is the short form of it, but we filed again and she was approved for another K1, but they wanted letters notarized stating what happened. If they feel that you used the first K1 visa for a vacation, they will not issue another one and she will be on a list of visa abusers.
