New type of visa in Colombia

I was reading a news report and saw that the US government is offering a new type of visa in Colombia to immigrate to the US.  Maybe this will work for a young lady you know there.

All she has to do is find the three missing US contractors kidnapped by the FARC a few weeks ago.  As an added incentive they'll toss in $330,000.  Here's the report:

Yeah, that came out about 2 weeks ago. Darn it, I keep thinking I'll ask Martha to get a couple of the handbills and save them for souviners, but I always forget to ask her.
