How do I buy a ticket from Bogot to Cali in Colombia from the US?

You can usually look in El Pais and find prices of about 75K-90K pesos each way for flights from Cali to Bogota.  Most agencies will hook you up with flights.

Are the tickets for you while you are there in Cali, or are they for your fiance while you are here state side?

The tickets are for my novia to travel to Bogota from Cali and for both of us to go from Bogota to Cali.

I found a travel agency that accepted my VISA card over the phone

I called Avianca and bought my wife's ticket by phone with my credit card.  I got a great deal and ended up saving more than $150.00 over the next cheapest quote....
