Can you pick up Packet 3 in Bogota ...

We were approved for our K1 visa by the Nebraska service
center on Feb 1, 2003.  The Packet 3 hasn't arrived with my
fiancee yet, and we're getting anxious.  Can she go directly to the
embassy in Bogota to pick it up?  Does anybody have any
recommendations?  Our paperwork was also cabled to Bogota
on about Feb 24. Thanks for helping ...

wait a few more days. my girl was approved on feb 10th and she just got the package from the embassy. it usualy takes about three weeks(on a good month) for the embassy to receive it from the ins, and then they take another two too three weeks to send it out. you can try to ge the package direct from the embassy, but she will need the  approval notice from the INS.
