Depends on what you are looking for.  Brazil offers many different things just like anyplace else.  

Perhaps if you reveal your criteria, (education, skin color, looks, work experience, personality etc.  what ever you look for in a person) someone will be able to help you.   If you are simply looking for an agency, there are several listed in the directory on this site.
