Well went to Cordoba. Nice city but only stayed 3 days as not enough to do
to keep me occupied. That and a nasty run in with a a remis driver. It is a
university town and being that schools out its at like 1'3 population. But
there were still many beautiful women. They tended to have more color than
the BA women. So I hopped on the bus and went to the beach town of Mar de
plata. It was a 17 hour bus ride, but for anyone who´s never been on an
Argentine bus they are incredible. They are called ¨coche comma¨ and I
recomened you get the suite its like having your own room in the bus. The
seats amount to the nicest leather lazy-boy you could think of. They recline
all the way into a bed. You are served meals. GOOD meals not airplane food
crap. You stop a couple times at truck stops to walk around. They ,of
course, have a bathroom, but another cool thing is there are always coffee
and waters coolers on the bus. The best part is these buses are cheap very
cheap I payed like 20us for a 17 hour ride with 2 meals and 2 snacks. So I
get to mar de plata. Huge beach town. It seemed like you were looking at
very old pictures of the U.S. when the beaches were huge and incredibly
packed. I didn´t like the town. I felt the beaches were dirty and the people
seemed to be a lower class and much less attractive women, even though there
were so many people. Even the casino was trashy and usually they are always
nice. So I only stayed a couple days. I did see a very good play in the
theatro provincia. Again I had the best seat in the house and it cost like
7us. I was off again to Pinamar. This town is VERY VERY nice. It is the
upper class of Argentina. The Rolex stores and Mercedes showrooms are here.
The beach is awesome packed with beautiful women. The strange and crazy
thing I am living like upper class people here for peanuts!! My hotel is
very nice and cost 12us a day. I am eating in 5 star resturaunts, having
shimp to start then the biggest steak they have, bottle of wine, dessert,
coffee and its like 15us. But for these people the 50 pesos is like us
having a 50 dollar meal at home. This resort town is on par with the
hamptons. Which is alot to say coming from a New Yorker. The weird thing I
had to get used to is that ,even familys, don´t go out before 12am. The
outdoor mall and resturaunts and bars are empty until then then packed all
night. The women are beautiful I haven´t had any new dates but everynight I
usually hook up with a group of different Argentineans by talking a little
english. Like, hey can I get a Marboro is my usual in. Once they know your a
¨Norte Americano¨ they talking goes from there. I wish my spanish was better
I could do better with these women. Well that and losing twenty pounds as
these are among the skinnyest people in the world. Its almost sickening. Its
funny I always ask for a smoke as I do not smoke and that is the only thing
so far that drives me crazy EVERYONE smokes... I highly suggest any man who
is with a Spanish women married or not take them to Pinamar it is a family
and couple town. Very safe never any trouble walking around at 4 am is the
norm. These are truely the upper class. You both will have a great and it
won´t cost you much though you will live very very well. I believe she will
enjoy being able to speak spanish and you´ll enjoy the look and feel of the
people as if you don´t hear them speak you will swear your in the states.
Well I´m off again back to BA then off to Uruguay to try my luck there, then
to Punta de Esta.. I´ll update again ,Corv
