I had an old posting and a girl from Peru wrote me and included her phone number. She is fluent in english, seems mature.Says she owns a small business, is looking for a serious relationship, etc. She wants to correspond to get to know me and wants a future meeting if all goes well.
Sounds good so far. There is a 23 year age difference. She knows my age, bio, etc.
I am tempted to call but feel that seeing if she will write again first is a better approach. I did write her back today.
anybody see any red flags here? Should I play it slow or call?

call now. These women love to be pursued, They are accustomed to getting 'compliments' in the streets, the sort of expressions that in the US could get you sued for sexual harassment.

Nothing wrong with calling... It's not as though you are starting a relationship by entering numbers into a phone.
