Lost the website..help!!!

Hello...Hoping someone can help..I used to use a service that i saw on a website that had me dial a special prefix to call Colombia at something like 16 cents a minute..Had the website bookmarked but accidently cleared it off. Does anyone know that site or what the prefix is? been a while since i called down there and i need to this afternoon....Thanks for any help!

My wife sometimes uses the Lucky Dog number,I don't remember the numbers,but its .19 a miniute.If she talks an hour its $11.40.She now buys cards at a local liquor store,$.05 a miniute,no connection charge.Thats $3.00 instead or $11.40 for the hour call.
The phone cards vary alot.Some are awfull,can't connect,bad connections.Others work fine.We used to use Colombianita but
were not finding them without connection charges.The one she buys now is "Exclusive California Card" ,so if your are not in California you will need to find another.
We have "zone" for our long distance carrier.Its $.05 anytime US,$.12 to Colombia but my wife doesn't like it,can't get through often.
We were buying "South American Excellece" from phonecards-prepaid .com after thgey dropped Colobianita.But it has a $1.25 connection charge/.05 minuite.The

World Xchange - dial around, 15 cents per minute to Colombia plus taxes and fees

Lucky Dog - dial around, owned by AT&T, 16 CPM plus taxes and fees

Phonecards (prepaid) - if connect on first try and use a card all at once = 5 CPM

Remember, the USF is 9.9 or 10% on top of the above rates (for the dial arounds) plus all the local, state and federal taxes.

There's lots of them, I can remember these two off the top of my head: 1016868  1010123 --I think the first is 17 cents and the other is 19 cents. Of course if you have time to go get one, you can get an even better price if you go get a prepaid card, there are a ton of web sites (and local small stores also) selling prepaid cards....just read the fine print carefully and be sure you buy one with NO connect fee or (the new term they are using for it now) 'first minute surcharge'. Hi Michael b...thanks!  never have good luck with calling cards  so thats why i wanted the one with the special prefix.
