Sorry for posting this online, but have been emailing Patrick for well over a year or more, with no response. I know at one point he posted that he was too busy redoing this site after a crash to check his email.

Patrick, is this still the case? I have emailed numerous times about your link exchange program and have had your link in the topmost location on my site for a LONG time now. Would it be possible to finally get an answer, even if the answer is no?

I've added your site.  I've only been making agency list updates every 2-3 months lately.  Email checking is very sporadic, but I do keep an eye on the message boards daily.
