God that is a great salsa song---many people thinks its Cuban its that good--lol---well you might like other Colombian bands like Sonora Carrulseles, Orquesta Guayacan, Carolina Lao, Grupo Niche, Joe Arroyo, and anything with Discos Fuentes and Sonolux--both very good record labels from Colombia--Colman

Colman,

I have a very large collection of Colombian salsa. When I was in Cali in December 2002, I went to the Cali studios of Grupo Niche. I met all the new members, and watched them practice for their show during the Cali fair. Jairo Varela wasn't around. He lives in Miami.
