I just heard a drive-by killing about 8 PM Cali time.  My wife and I were having dinner in my apartment a few blocks South of ChipiChape when all hell broke loose two lots away on the corner.  I thought it was some fire-works at first but it turns out it was a drive by and a guy is now dead.  This is the second time in my travels to Colombia, I've heard gun shots and then later seen a dead body.

Hello Cali James,

FYI, Oakland, CA. had 113 murders in 2002.  Not discounting what your saying or seen, but I guess its all relative.... I wish you and your wife all the best!
