The largest English Institute in Cali is called Colombo Americano and it costs approximately 140,000 pesos a month.  There are literally dozens of institutes in Cali however and there is a wide price range.  Berlitz for instance, is quite expensive and can run as much as three or four times as much depending on curriculum.
