Four shot dead at Colombia airport

Colombian police say four people have been shot dead by a group of unidentified gunmen at the El Dorado international airport in Bogota.
A police spokesman said three security guards and a fourth man were gunned down inside the cargo terminal.

They were shot as they tried to stop two heavily armed men from breaking into the restricted area.

He said the police were investigating the possibility that the shootings were related to a feud between rival Colombian drug-traffickers.

According to El Tiempo six armed men arrived in two taxis around 2:19 AM yesterday morning dressed in the same uniforms as the shipping company employees.  Killed were a 22 year old inspector, a 23 and 32 year old security guards with the company "Vise Seguridad" and a 38 year old security guard with the "Miro Seguridad" company.  Police theorize the killings were in retaliation for eight kilos of herion and about $350,000 being found and confiscated from the shipping company last week.  Here is the link if anyone is interested.
