If your going the agency route in Cali then there are a number of agencies where you will meet more ladies than you are prepared for or have time to meet... Try latinencounters, latinbest, allcolombiangirls, latin-internet, etc... Everyone has different opinions of which is the best, but anyone of these will get you started...
There aren't that many agencies in Bucaramanga, but since it's a little off the beaten path the selection of available ladies should be good...
