I was browsing through the threads and found your post regarding your trip to Bogota.  (Excellent post by the way)  You mentioned paying the notary in Cali 200,000 pesos to do the civil wedding.  The notary I talked to told me the price is 370.00 dollars.  This includes nothing extra.  What notary did you use?  I would like to get him also.

Have your fiancee call around to different notaries.  We used one in the South of Cali somewhere near Roosevelt Av..
