Don't worry anymore about cellulite ladies. According to a recent survey, 20% of UK males believe that "Cellulite" is a make of car battery.

It's also interesting to note that when men are asked as to who is their ideal woman, most would prefer their women to  have a figure in the Kate Winslet (Rose of Titanic) mould, whilst many young men in their twenties still recall their boyish drooling over the likes of Belinda Carlisle (of the band Blondie?).

So there you have it ladies, guys like girls to be a little rounder than you have been led to believe, as Spice gal Geri Halliwell is finding to her cost. Now having all the allure of a whippet, this scrawny wench's loss of weight has left her once pretty face looking similar in texture to a Bombay duck.

Now will all you guys out there back me up in this please, and tell the ladies that you like 'em with a bit of buxom  bounce, and that all these mags that endorse skinniness are wrong, 'cos it ain't what you guys like?

YAY!!!

I wholeheartedly agree with your posting. I consider myself a normal man with normal tastes and I can assure you that I love curvy women. And I cannot stand implants! If she's small-breasted, then she's small-breasted--the size has nothing to do with my attraction. It's about the shape of her breast, but more importantly, it's her attitude about her breasts...That's not to say that I like big women--I don't. I just prefer women with curves--boobs and a bootie, thank you very much.

And by the way, the fashion industry is run--by and large--by gay men. And gay men like men (and boys), not women. So it stands to reason that if gay men determine who gets noticed, then it will be the boyish-looking women who get noticed.

That's my hypothesis and no one has attempted to dispute it. Yet.

Thanks again for your post.

I am a believer that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. and also as Popeye would say...  I yams what I yams -- agg agg agg agg.  Take what god gives you and don't deviate too much.  There are always a number of the opposite sex out there that will be still be happy to take you any way they can get you.  now just to find them ...

As for my personal perspective I would prefer an asian woman with a little meat on her.  Not really into Chicken legs.  the derrier is a big focal point for me.  As for breasts  who cares, what you have is what you have, please no augmentation.  Being 6 foot 2 inches 280 lbs  their size is not going to matter much   I will tower over almost any of them.  My 4 ft 11 japanese coworker is just as cute as a 5 ft 6 asian fashion model.  I can work with what you've got given that there is some sort of spark of attraction there.

I think the determining factor will be personality or lack of some.  Someone to keep life interesting.  I really appreciate sassy and goofy women.   a person who is loyal but will give me a run for my money.

I went on a  first date for about 6 hours a couple of months ago with a caucasian girl.  We met at a Thai restaurant, watched a movie actually about Food (chocolat) and walked around the downtown area  winding up at a Soda Shop.  we had a good time  but the Girl would not eat anything  she said it was because she was nervous  but  I thought it was somewhat rude.  Image at what cost?

Hi Carrisse,

I prefer curves, rather than point's on a woman. Just my own preference. I like some meat on the bones. Just like chicken. I wouldn't want to eat a boney chicken, so why would I want to....well , you get my point. Curves are softer, too. Smiley

Hi again,

Btw, yes the pulutan DID jump. Thank's for the spelling correction on pulutan. Maybe I should have paid more attention in Tagalog class in school.My spelling is terrible.

As for the "killing me softly chicken", in the Phillippines alot of times when I mentioned to Pilipino's
that I was married to a woman from Baguio, they would  ask me if I had tried this. Never heard it called anything else. I asked Criselda about the name you gave, she read it, but had not heard of it. She also could not remember at the time what it is called in Ilocano.

Anyway, I believe the  person who invented this dish must have been a very hungry sadist with a very smalll fire. That's my theory. Smiley

I think Belinda Carlisle was with the "Go-Go's". The lead singer of Blondie was Debra Harry. I got to see her front row in a small college auditorium (about 200 ppl), back after her carreer took a dive in the late 80's. Good show actually, with Blondie,The Ramones, and a couple of other's, can't remember who now. Getting old, I guess.

Rule of thumb for a woman's weight: 2lbs. for every inch in height, plus/minus.
I wish women would be more concerned with what they wear and not so much about their weight. I don't know who it was that told women they look good in polyester bell bottoms and those cut down 4 x 4 scraps from the lumberyard on the bottoms of their feet, but...
...show me a woman with long brunette/black hair, an oversized white pullover sweat top, tight bluejean shorts or pants, white sneakers with ankle socks with the fuzzy little ball on the heel of them...ooohhhhhh...aaahhhhh!!!!!
Just my opinion, though.

More like 5 lbs for every inch OVER 5 feet in height.
thus 5.2" =110
then after
5.4 or so it starts being more like 3lbs for every inch
over 5'.
thus...
5.5....115lbs.
to me thats good.

by your standard
5' woman would be 120lbs.....too chubby.
waaaaaaay too chubby

acutally its
100lbs.....PLUS.....2 lbs for every inch over 5 feet
then 3lbs for every inch once you get to 5.4

5'=100bs
5.1=105
5/2=110
5.3-115

5.5=115
5.6=118
5.7=121

oh well i guess its also for small boned women
but, after they have a kid etc it may be adjusted
accordingly upward

I can tell you that 130 lbs is pushing it a little thin!
When I get down to 130, friends make comments that I'm
looking too thin! (I am small boned, by the way.)

I weigh 135 or maybe a little more, and I have to work out
with weights and force myself to eat to stay there (I am
naturally thin.) I am quite thin, with no fat.

Of course, every body is a little different - a woman of
same height might carry it all differe
