I am planning to fly into the airport at Cebu, and was wanting any recommendations for a reasonably priced and decent hotel to stay near Mactan (sp?) International airport.  Thanks so much.

Depends on your definition of "near" but last month I stayed at the Holiday Plaza Hotel in Cebu for one night and was satisfied.  I made my reservation through asiatravel.com and paid 1700 pesos and change if I recall correctly.  There are probably lower-priced alternatives on which more-experienced folks could advise you.
