I-751 Approved

Our petition to remove conditions was approved one year and 7 days after it was received at CSC. No interview was required. She just needs to go to the local INS satellite office down the street from us with her passport and 3 photos so they can stamp the passport and order the new permanent green card. That was pretty easy but it sure did take a long time.

Note: We submitted a lot of evidence with the petition including letters from two different neighbors.

Ours took 16 months, and the card took 4 months after that to arrive.

I submitted mine Sept 2003, so 6 months to go...
