Had disconnect problem a couple of times, nothing major. One bogus PIN but customer service fixed it right away. Do have to dial the number twice almost every time, but that's minor. To a cell is double the cost.

Intend to try this one at $.07/min

Anybody know the best way to make calls WITHIN the Philippines?

Phils to US best I have found is about $.40/min.

I always use 9278.com. They have different types of cards that u
can buy. I used to like them so much when there foncard s from
worldcom. Now, piss me  sometimes coz the minutes will just be
vanished on the 2nd call.  Take note w/ the minutes and email the
CS  f somethings wrong. They will fix it right away.

I ordered one of their $10 WOW cards at $.07/min to the Phils. The recording said 69 minutes to the number I always call. I put in a trouble ticket on line and they eMailed me to contact customer service of the manufacturer. Their response in a Hindi accent (after taking NO information from me) was that they would talk to the advertiser and I should call back in a couple of days. When I persisted, he 'talked to his supervisor' and said that there are 'other charges' applied and that the recording was always correct.

Hate those fake other charges they all do that

The tel3prepaid works great though, try it, i bought 96 mins for 10 bucks to the phils, and it delivered exactly that

There are very few phone cards out there any more that don't rip you off. We were using Barkada until a couple of months ago when they jacked their rates way up. I tried Super Lola and I think it was supposed to be 58 minutes to a landline on a $5 card. We timed it and got only 33 minutes.

Oh well, on to the next card... The trouble is that once you do find one that offers good rates and doesn’t cheat you, they soon go bankrupt :-)

World 4 Less, i use that one also,

U must be calling a landline for that, Calling a cell phone is 96 minutes for 10 bucks, always way higher, sucks but still their rates are lower than anywhere else and they are honest , hope that continues

Are you able to get the tel3.com website to work, i got one card from them took forever, next time i tried the website was not working, and the customer service is a bunch of smart &^*'s but the one time i did get it to work the rate was great

On 8/9 the credit card authorization was not working, but they called ME, on a Saturday to finish the order.

Now I have an account, it takes about a minute to get in, order and get PIN.

Yeah, CS are boneheads, but they get it done. Patience!

SDICard.com and SpeedyPIN.com are good, too, but a little more money.
