What do you mean you "will marry as soon as possible and have the ceremony later"? (LOL)

She should apply for the SS Nr. as soon as she gets here, before she applies for AOS and before the 90-day K-1 visa expires. You should file her AOS as soon as you get the certified marriage certificate. Use Form I-485, I-864, I-765, G-325A, I-131, etc.

If she doesn't have her SSN before the AOS, then file for an EAD work permit and Advance Parole along with the I-485 petition.

There is no multiple entry with a K-1 visa.  She should NOT, REPEAT NOT, UNDER ANY  CIRCUMSTANCES cross the border before she has her Advance Parole document!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would start getting all the papers together for the Adjustment of Status (AOS) now.

We will marry, by Justice of the Peace, ASAP. Then, after some planning, we will have a church wedding/reception. thanks, capt david
