guys,

i have an older bro in the Pinas and he is married and has two kids. my bro is 34 y.o.

I want to get him into the US --- what are the procedures?..I looked at the BCIS and got confused?

help!

You can petition your brother and his wife and unmarried children under 21 with Form I-130. The last time I checked, the waiting time for a visa number was running 23 years for a sibling from the Philippines.
