I wanted to put this thought for Peter in a new thread. He stated, "Aunty gets on the web and emails to guys that think it is her daughter." When I first went to Cebu in summer of 2000, my friend Tom had a girl from Mandaue. Her Auntie was talking to several guys from several countries and using her young niece's photo to intice them into relationships. The niece was 21, the auntie was 40, fat, and with several ugly marks on her face. She owned the internet cafe and I personally saw her chatting with guys....I also saw another older women, in front of her husband (he was by her side), chatting and scamming for money also. I would be very careful when chatting over the internet. Young girls and boys will also run the same scam. I've seen groups of them at the computer, giggling away.
