Ops thought i found a great phone card to the phils, but i missed one thing in the fine print, it said ONE MINUTE BILLING

Then way over to the right, it said, TO CALLS IN CONTINENTAL USA

3 MINUTE BILLING TO INTERNATIONAL CALLS

RATS

IM STILL LOOKING FOR A GOOD ONE WITH

1)No Connection Fee
2)One Minute Billing
3) A Good rate Calling Cell Phone in Phils
