Having a geat time. Went 2dadump 2dadump 2dadumpdumpdump.  Smiley

Convenience drove me to it. Boy was wearing pants this time.

Wasn't in Manila ten minutes before I had two cabbys pissing themselves. They tried charging me P640 for a mile and a half ride. Guess they didn't know who they were dealing with.  I gave em an education.  Smiley

Am in Cebu now, staying at Kukuk's Nest. Fun place. $4 a night. The food is great. Nobody should ever go hungry here as the cockroaches are the size of small rabbits. Almost big enough to stick an apple in their mouth and roast them on the spit!   Smiley

Should make for interesting writing material.

Have run into several people I know. This place is starting to feel more like home than home does.

Research project going well.

All for now.

Larry.

I RARELY find Taxi drivers in Manila who are that close to honest.  The scum bags always want $40 to over $100 to go ANYWHERE in Manila.   I haaaatttteeeee those guys.  Smiley   Hate Manila period.  Yuck.  Phew.  Hackkkkk.   OK, I'm alright here, honest, just had to get that out of my system.  LOL

 Hope your trip goes well!

$40 dollars for a cab sounds high. We never spent more then a couple dollars one way going from tay tay to downtown.

Manila has got to be my least favorite place in the world. Took me two days to rub all the sh** out of my eyes.

Sure seems like Manila and Cebu are on different planets.

Hooking up this afternoon with the Cebu Hash House Harriers. Sounds like a good time.
