curious

Hey all,

Sorry it's been a while since I last posted, but there have been two reasons for this: I haven't enough experience to contribute to most of what has been discussed (in these cases, I think it's best to keep my mouth shut and try to learn something and there's SCHOOL.

Anyhow, reading the responces to Chevy's question about who he'll attract, I became curious: who do you think a 22-year-old college student like myself will attract?

  I think being so young and not quite out of college may lose a few pen-pals for you among the girls that are wanting to marry soon, but what difference does that make?   I mean you only need one anyway, right?  But then again, you may not have this problem at all if you are writing only to girls about your age.  They are too young in most cases to start feeling the pressure to marry or become 'old maids'.   That usually doesn’t kick in until she starts nearing 30.

To look at your age and situation in a positive light, I think you will attract the girls who want to take longer to get to know you before making such a serious decision as marriage.   That's a Darned good thing!  You have the luxury of time on your side to find somebody who is your friend and let it grow from there.   THAT is one major difference I love about these ladies.   They want to marry somebody who is their friend rather than behaving like the typical American woman who will shut the door on romance forever if you are perceived in any way as a 'friend'.

Hi Nate,

You will probably attract women that aren't even born yet. ))) Like Hum said, if you seem responsible, you shouldn't have any problem attracting eligible ladies of all ages. Funny, the Philippines is one "playing field" where us older guys seem to have a slight advantage. )

Hi Nate

I think you might be most popular with the 12 to 14 year olds. Just kidding! ;-)  But really it could be anyone from 18 to 40 or older he he.  Having a younger man wouldn't be a problema for most Filipinas as long as your responsable.
