Phone Card

I know this topic has been covered many times, but , im still looking for the best phone card, no connection fee , to the phils, which rounds to the minute,

So Far i was using telespeed, no connection fee, 133 minutes to a cell phone in the phils for 17 bucks, more or less 12 or 13 cents per minute, now they lowered it to 88 minutes, sheesh, which ends up being 19 cents a minute more or less.

So i have been searching a lot, and i find some no connection fee
rates, Lucky sea ends up being about 15 or 16 c per minute which to me is too high, i should be able to find 13 cents a minute to a cell
but its like finding a needle in a haystack, these guys who have 3 or 4 or 6 minute rounding, wow, make a one minute call and be charged for 6, thats a deal for ya,

Anyway, if any of you stumble across a great deal let me know, remember read the fine print.

Outwest we use,UTA,it costs $5.00 for 50 min

Funny, but i get about 11 cents a min from LUcky sea...although there is a new card involved there, same price of $9 for about 80 mins of time...but i think that is if you are a charter member. Maybe try this link:

I cant even find lucky sea on there but the cards that I saw
when i did a search the lowest to a cell phone in the phils is 15 or 16cents but at least they have one minute rounding on that site, i guess i may be stuck with 15 cents a minute rats

If you call a land line in the phils you can easily find 10 cents a minute but who has land lines, in the phils, nobody i know, only hotels, airlines, etc.

I been buying from this guy for like 3 years (Lucky Sea) and i got the charter member status. What does he charge for regular price? I know his new cards are like the $9 for 80 mins. Good deal to me. But the other cards were like $9 for 58 mins, not good. Take care
