  An interesting note for those who have gone the the USA visa process....a friend of my wife is engaged to a Brit from London.
She had her interview last month. She is now visa in hand on a plane to London.

Normaly they get the visa within a few days.

Well, she might have had the visa even in a few days, at any rate, it is a LOT faster and far more humane the way the Brits take care of these things.
